RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

As an online company, we strive to provide a return service that’s easy to understand and meets the need of the customer!


All eligible items must be returned within:

  •  7 days from the date item is delivered for a REFUND 
  •  
  •  WITHIN 30 days for an Store Credit. Store Credit is Valid for ONE Year

 

  • Any defects must be reported within 7 business days of item being delivered.

 

In order to receive a REFUND/ STORE CREDIT for your order:

    • Item must be in the original condition (UNWORN/UNDAMAGED/UNALTERED). 
  • We can only accept returns that are in the original, resalable condition. 
  •  Any shoes returned with signs of wear or damage that have occurred while in possession of the customer will denied your return.

IMPORTANT: DawnLaRue shoe reserves the right to decline return  if the terms described above have not been met.

 

EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, we do not except exchanges since we do not hold items or promise a restock of any inventory.
